Traditional herbal medicinal product for relieving mild symptoms of mental stress (irritability, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness and agitation) and problems falling asleep. This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is only registered for the stated areas of application because it has been used for many years.
Contraindications
Alpinamed Passelyt Soothing Drops should not be taken if you are allergic to passionflower herb or the other ingredients of Alpinamed Passelyt Soothing Drops listed in Section 6.
Due to a lack of data, use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.
interactions
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using any other medicines, have recently taken/used or might take/use any other medicines.
Alpinamed Passelyt Calming Drops can increase the effect of sleeping pills or tranquilizers. Taking Alpinamed Passelyt Calming Drops with synthetic sedatives at the same time is only permitted if expressly instructed by a doctor.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Since there is insufficient data, the use of Alpinamed Passelyt Calming Drops is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
This medicine can affect your ability to react and drive.
application
Always take Alpinamed Passelyt Calming Drops exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is:
Adults and young people aged 12 and over:
- 40 drops 3 times a day
In the absence of sufficient data, use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.
Method of administration: Oral use
before or at the beginning of a meal, undiluted or with a little water.
side effects
Like all medicines, Alpinamed Passelyt tranquilizer drops can have side effects, although not everyone gets them. Allergic reactions (hypersensitivity reactions), nausea and palpitations (tachycardia) have been observed when using preparations made from passion flower. No information is available on the frequency of these side effects.

The active ingredient is: 100 g contain: 100 g liquid extract of passion flower herb (Passiflora herba), drug-extract ratio 1:6-10, extractant ethanol 45% (v/v) total ethanol content 42.5% (v/v)
