Linden is characterized by many healing properties, which makes it possible to use it in medicine. Virtually all parts of this culture are used for therapeutic purposes: bark, buds, leaves, flowers with inflorescences. Linden tea has a pleasant taste and is easy to prepare. It calms the nervous system, helps in the fight against colds and fever.

Ingredients: linden blossom.

Method of use: 1 teaspoon pour 150 ml of boiling water and leave closed for 10 minutes, then drain.

Storage conditions: protect from heat and direct sunlight and at a maximum temperature of +25°C. Keep out of reach of small children.
