Increased effect to increased risk of side effects:Anticoagulants (e.g. coumarin, heparin) and blood clot-dissolving drugs:
Acetylsalicylic acid may increase the risk of bleeding if taken before a blood clot-dissolving treatment. Therefore, if you are to undergo such treatment, you need to pay close attention to signs of external or internal bleeding (for example, bruising).
Medicines that inhibit platelets from sticking together and clumping together (antiplatelet agents), e.g. ticlopidine, clopidogrel: increased risk of bleeding.

Alcohol: the risk of gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding is increased.
Other analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs (non-steroidal analgesics / anti-inflammatory drugs) at dosages from 6 Aspirin Acute 500 mg effervescent tablets per day and more: increased risk of ulcers and bleeding in the gastrointestinal area.
Blood sugar-lowering medicines (antidiabetics): blood sugar levels may drop.
Methotrexate (medicine used to treat cancer or certain rheumatic diseases).

Pregnancy and breastfeeding If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you think you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
In the first and second trimester of pregnancy, you should not take Aspirin Acute. Therefore, be sure to consult your doctor before taking Aspirin Acute. In the last three months of pregnancy, you must not take acetylsalicylic acid, the active ingredient in aspirin acute, because of an increased risk of complications for mother and child before and during childbirth.
This medicine belongs to a group of medicines (non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) that can affect women's fertility. This effect is reversible after discontinuation of the drug.
The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid and its degradation products are excreted in small quantities in breast milk.
