Contraindications

Do not take Crataegutt if you are allergic to hawthorn or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).

No studies on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines have been performed. Crataegutt has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines. Please note the alcohol content of 37% by weight.

application

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:

• Adults: 20 drops 3 times a day
  . A measuring cup is added to the 250 ml pack as a dosing aid. Here applies: 3 times a day 0.8 ml.

Crataegutt is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

For oral use, undiluted or diluted with a little water (approx. 50 ml).

side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Nausea has been observed. The frequency of occurrence of the side effect is not known.

composition

The active ingredient is a liquid extract of hawthorn.

100 g contain 75 g liquid extract of hawthorn fruits (Crataegi fructus) and hawthorn leaves with flowers (Crataegi folium cum flore) in a ratio of 30:1, drug-extract ratio (DEV) 1:1.4 to 1.7 (extraction agent: ethanol 45 % by weight)
1 ml = 0.96 g
0.8 ml = 0.77 g corresponds to approx. 20 drops
Alcohol content: approx. 37% by weight ethanol.

The other ingredients are: ethanol, purified water
