Liposomal form of glutathione. King among antioxidants. Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids (glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine). It is particularly important in our livers, as the main detoxifying organ. It is one of the most important antioxidants in the human body, it is involved in the removal of reactive oxygen species. Glutathione is also found in some foods such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, but also meat and fruit.
Dosage
Take 10 ml daily. Can be mixed into a drink.
Ingredients
Water (filtered, purified), potassium sorbate 0.2 g, glutathione 4 g, phospholipids 13 g in 100 ml.
