How to use:

Once you are in the bath, immerse the Bathmate in water until it is completely filled with water. While it is under water, insert your penis into the cylinder. Push the Bathmate down towards your pelvic area several times until a vacuum is created. Excess water is dispensed through a valve at the top of the Bathmate.

Every 4 to 5 minutes, try pumping down. As your penis expands, excess water will be sucked out of the top of the Bathmate each time you pump. If you feel the pressure is too high, gently push down on the top of the Bathmate to reduce the pressure. This will release the pressure. After 15 minutes, release the pressure by pressing the button on the top of the device and remove the device. The immediate effect is visible at first glance.
