BODYFLEX Omega 3 - 200 capsules

Omega 3 BodyFlex 200 capsules is a dietary supplement designed to promote health. It contains healthy fatty acids (eicosapentaenoic acid - EPA and docosahexaenoic acid - DHA) , which are in their natural and bioavailable form for humans, practically only in fish and seafood, so it is very difficult to get enough of them from the natural diet.

We have a lot of omega 6 fatty acids in our diet, while very little omega 3. If the omega 3: 6 ratio is bad, it has a negative health effect and, in addition, our sports performance declines rapidly. The optimal ratio is 1: 1 to 1: 2 .
