The For Men Centrum is a food supplement that contains a balanced amount of vitamins, minerals and trace elements to support men's nutrition. The product is high in magnesium and vitamin B. 

• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle activity and normal energy metabolism.
• Group B vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and B12) contribute to normal energy metabolism. For men, they are important because they have on average more muscle mass and higher energy needs than women.
• Vitamins B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and folic acid contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
• Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart activity.
• Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to the normal thyroid function.
