Contratubex gel 20 g scar treatment

Contractubex gel has an anti-inflammatory, relaxing and soothing effect on scar tissue and prevents cell proliferation and new tissue formation. It is intended for the treatment of scars after the healing of the wound. Contractubex gel is used for scars limiting mobility, for enlarged, bulky and cosmetically disturbing scars after surgeries, amputations, burns and injuries. Furthermore, the product can be used to reduce tendons caused by injury or disease and scarring. Contractubex gel can be used by adults and children from 1 year of age.

Dosage:

The product is rubbed into scar tissue several times a day, until it is completely absorbed. In the case of old, hard scars, leave under the dressing overnight. For children over 1 year of age , the product is applied 1-2 times a day on scars. Depending on the extent and thickness of the scar or contracture, treatment is necessary for weeks to months.

Composition:

The active substances are cepae extractum fluid 1: 6.25, extracted with water 10 g, heparin sodium 0.04 g (r. 5000 IU), allantoin 1 g in 100 g gel.

The other ingredients are sorbic acid, methylparaben, macrogol 200, xanthan gum, purified water, perfume.
