Cotylena cutaneous spray is used to treat skin and mucosal infections caused by yeast, fungi and certain bacteria in adults. On the recommendation of a doctor, the product can be used even in children from 2 years of age.
When to use Cotylena skin spray?
- in fungal disease (dermatomycosis), which occurs most often in places of easy steaming and is manifested by redness, itching, sometimes peeling of the skin, or painful skin cracks may occur
- when pityriasis versicolor (peeling spots on the chest or back)
- erythrasma (brownish-red, slightly scaly spots in the areas of steaming or between the fingers)
Dosage
Spray a thin layer of solution on the affected areas of the skin by pressing the nebulizer once or twice. This is quite enough even for fungal infections affecting large areas of the body. Use the product 2-3 times a day. The usual duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks for fungal skin diseases (dermatomycoses), 2-4 weeks for erythrasma and up to 3 weeks for pytiriasis versicolor. Do not use the product for more than 4 weeks without consulting your doctor.
Composition
The active substance is 10 mg of clotrimazole in one ml of solution. Additional components are: macrogol 400, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol.
Notification
Cotylena cutaneous spray contains propylene glycol, which may cause skin reactions.
