Use:

Fine hair - apply to scalp and damp hair before shampooing and leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and wash your hair with shampoo.

Normal and firm hair - after shampooing, apply towel-dried hair and scalp, leave on for 3-5 minutes and comb your hair. Then rinse your hair thoroughly.

Intensive peel - apply the product before and after shampooing as described above.
