Dologran VITAMIN FORTE D3 is a dietary supplement containing the optimal combination of minerals and vitamins, such as B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin E, beta-carotene and Acerola. Vitamin D is needed for the absorption and utilization of calcium in the body.
Calcium is needed for the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, the normal function of digestive enzymes, normal energy metabolism, normal blood clotting, the normal function of nerve transmission and plays a role in the cell division process.

Dosage and method of use
Adults can take 1 teaspoon (2g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals, children from 3 years of age can take half the amount.
