DR. GRANDEL VOLGRAN wheat germ is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. The vitamins B1, B2 and B6 support a normal energy metabolism and a normal function of the nervous system.
Just like the trace elements zinc, manganese and copper, vitamin E contributes to protecting the cells from oxidative stress. Iron and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Consumption recommendation:
DR. GRANDEL VOLLGRAN wheat germ is either eaten pure or added to suitable dishes, but not cooked. It is generally used 4-5 tablespoons per day (approx. 50 g). VOLLGRAN wheat germ enhances muesli, fruit salads, cold bowls, yoghurt, soured milk, milk dishes, raw vegetables, soups and desserts.
