(see below in the description) Reflex heating of the internal organs via the feet reaches the mucous membranes of the ear, nose and throat area in particular and is a proven method of preventing colds.

The powers of salt have been known for a very long time. An ascending foot bath with 100% pure essential oils such as cajeput, laurel, thyme, etc. is ideal for increasing the immune system and promoting blood circulation.

Application

Ascending foot bath: Fill a bucket with calf-high water at a temperature that is neither warm nor cold (35 -36 degrees). Now gradually add hot water (about every minute) and let the water temperature rise up to 39 degrees. After the bath, a foot massage with the Ritter Rosemary Massage Oil completes the treatment.

Use a bath thermometer! When the water runs in, make sure that no scalding happens. In children, always pay attention to personal sensations and stop the increase in heat when the maximum tolerated heat is reached.
