Energy Maytenus ilicifolia, 105 g therapeutic tea

South America abounds in a number of important plants. One of them is also the evergreen bushy tree Maytenus ilicifolia.

It grows in forests and grassy areas of Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. The Guarani Indians were the first to use its effects.

Dried crushed root of the Maytenus ilicifolia plant.

Maytenus ilicifolia is a tea originating from the region of South America. Its effects were first discovered by the Guarani Indians, the original inhabitants of Brazil and Paraguay. The plant contains calcium and magnesium in organic form and a high proportion of phytoestrogens.

Ingredients:

dried, crushed root of the plant Maytenus ilicifolia

Preparation:

Boil 3 teaspoons in ¾ liter of water for 3 minutes, then drain.

Dosage:

Divide ¾ liter of decoction into 2-3 daily doses. After 3 weeks of use, take a 1-week break. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
