Recommended daily dose:
During training and competition, it is possible to consume from 6 to 14 pieces of energy tablets Enervit Carbo Tablets - depending on the intensity and duration of the sports performance. Always chew the tablet thoroughly and then take it with a drink (for example Enervit Isotonic Drink). The tablets are intended for direct consumption and the onset of action is immediate, the duration of action of 1 tablet is 20 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
