Inulin is a soluble fiber obtained from chicory root . The white powder with a sweet taste dissolves easily in regular drinks. A suitable combination is herbal or real tea or juice . We do not recommend mixing it with carbonated drinks. You can add it to m walking, yogurt or pudding . Inulin, unchanged, passes through the digestive system into the large intestine.

Ingredients

Inulin 90%, oligosaccharides 9%, anti-caking agent silica 1%.

Use

Dissolve 1 sachet (5 g) in 200-250 ml of still drink or water. You can mix it into tea, juice, yogurt, pudding or soup. The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet. We do not recommend mixing with carbonated drinks.
