Use

It is consumed either directly 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) half an hour before meals, or as an infusion, 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of crushed seeds is poured with 250 ml of boiling water, left to infuse for 10 - 15 minutes, and then drain. It is drunk 2-3 times a day, half an hour before meals.
