Consumption recommendation

1 x daily 1 sachet (= 3 g). Dissolve the contents of a sachet in 1/8 l of lukewarm water, wait 1 minute for it to activate, stir and drink. It is best to take it on an empty stomach, i.e. before breakfast or in the evening just before going to bed.

Intended for adults and children over 1 year old. Due to the not yet fully developed intestinal flora, the recommended dose for children between the ages of 1 and 3 years is 1 sachet spread over 2 days.

Basically, it is common to take MULTIflora® Stressmanager over several weeks or months.
