Carnitine is a body's own substance that the body can synthesize from the amino acids L-lysine, L-methionine and L-glycine in the presence of vitamin C, vitamin B6 and iron. 
Chromium Lalmin® is yeast with organically bound chromium. The natural yeast material is fed with a vitamin / mineral material. This leads to the fortification of the yeast by a given element / vitamin and a better utilized form of the given element / mineral for the human body. 
As an essential mineral, chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

• Take 1 capsule once a day 30 minutes before exercise.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
