Dosage:
Children from 12 years: 1 tablet daily. Adults: 2 tablets once a day or 1 tablet twice a day. Tablets can be taken at any time of the day. For maximum effect it is advisable to use the product permanently. You can take the tablets at once or divided into two daily doses, preferably with or without food, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Tablets can be crushed and halved.
