GS Mamavit was developed in collaboration with the Institute for the Care of Mother and Child in Prague-Podolí according to the latest findings on the nutrition of pregnant and breastfeeding women in the Czech Republic. * In an ideal balanced combination provides all important vitamins together with calcium, iodine, iron and other important trace elements. Vitamin B1, B12, iron and magnesium help to overcome the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, niacin, vitamin B12, C and Dare substances that the mother's body requires in larger quantities during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Vitamin A is present in the form of beta-carotene for the safety of the fetus, from which the mother's body forms vitamin A as needed, so there is no risk of overdose. Vitamin E and selenium form protection from free radicals. Sufficient folic acid intake is particularly important before planned pregnancy and the first weeks of pregnancy. Increased calcium and phosphorus content is needed for bone and dentition. The optimal iodine content is important for proper thyroid function.
