Remove the solution-infused bandage from the package and wrap it around your legs, from the ankle to the top of the thighs. Leave on for at least 15 minutes. Then remove the bandage and let the excess liquid soak up. After using the wet bandage, roll it up, return it to the package and add 50 ml of Cryo Slim cooling serum. The bandages will be re-infused with the serum and you will be able to use them again. Avoid contact with private parts.
