Guareta Yogurt cream with chocolate and orange flavor is a nutritionally complete low-calorie yogurt cream to replace one or more main meals during the day. Excellent breakfast. Quick preparation with cold water.

Dosage and method of use

Shake the contents of the bag carefully in a Guareta shaker with 200 ml of water, pour into the prepared bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.


Recommended dose: - 1-4 sachets per day, unless the doctor recommends otherwise. Other meals must be adapted to the diet program, which should include two main low-energy meals with an emphasis on the intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruits, side dishes in an adequate amount (rice, potatoes, low-egg pasta) and bakery products with a higher fiber content.
