Guareta Mashed potatoes in powder is a food for special nutrition that serves as a replacement for one meal for weight control. For weight control as a replacement for one or more main meals in a daily diet.

Dosage and method of use
Method of preparation: shake the contents of the bag in a Guareta shaker with 150 ml of water. Then pour into a bowl and heat for one minute in the microwave at maximum power. Then gently stir the warm porridge and let it stand for about 2 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
- 1 - 4 sachets per day, unless the doctor recommends otherwise. Other meals during the day must be adapted to the diet program, which should include two main low-energy meals with an emphasis on the intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruits, side dishes in an adequate amount (rice, potatoes, low-egg pasta) and mill-bakery products with a higher fiber content.
- 1 - 2 sachets per day for the period of body weight adjustment, or as a dietary supplement during realimentation, increased physical activity, during convalescence and during sports.
- 1 bag per day can be recommended for long-term adherence to a low-energy diet with an energy content of 5 - 6 MJ.
During a reduction diet, we recommend drinking 1.5 - 2.0 liters of fluids per day in the form of water or unsweetened mineral water or soda. The intake of liquids can be partially compensated with tea and coffee, if you tolerate them and your doctor has not forbidden them.
