Guareta Yogurt cream with cookies and apple pieces is a food for diets with a limited amount of energy intended for weight loss.

Dosage and method of use
- 1 - 4 sachets per day, unless the doctor recommends otherwise. Other meals must be adapted to the diet program, which should include two main low-energy meals with an emphasis on the intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruits, side dishes in an adequate amount (rice, potatoes, low-egg pasta) and bakery products with a higher fiber content.
