Guareta Yogurt cream with cookies and apple pieces is a food for diets with a limited amount of energy intended for weight loss.
For weight control as a replacement for one or more main meals in a daily diet.

Dosage and method of use

  • 1 - 4 sachets per day, unless the doctor recommends otherwise. Other meals must be adapted to the diet program, which should include two main low-energy meals with an emphasis on the intake of low-fat dairy and meat products, vegetables and fruits, side dishes in an adequate amount (rice, potatoes, low-egg pasta) and bakery products with a higher fiber content.
  • 1 - 2 sachets per day for the period of body weight adjustment or as a dietary supplement during realimentation, increased physical activity, during convalescence and during sports.
  • 1 bag per day can be recommended for long-term adherence to a low-energy diet with an energy content of 5-6MJ.

Composition
