Dosage and method of use

100 ml Hami 3 with vanilla flavor (90 ml boiled water and 3 flush scoops of powder) = 273 kJ (65 kcal)
1 level measuring cup = 4.6 g dried preparation
The exact amount of milk for your baby will be advised by your pediatrician.


Preparation of one dose of milk:
Final dose of milk | Water | Number of aligned scoops 166 ml = 150 ml of water and 5 aligned scoops

of 266 ml = 240 ml of water and 8 aligned scoops


Preparation instructions:

1. Sterilize all used utensils and boil drinking water
intended for infants. Let it cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes to
about 40 °C. Pour the appropriate amount of boiled water into
the sterilized bottle.

2. Add the appropriate amount of powder to the water bottle. Always use the enclosed measuring cup for
dosing. Align the
powder in it with the flat part of the knife.

3. Mix the mixture thoroughly in the bottle.

4. Check the temperature of the milk mixture by placing a drip on the inside of the wrist and administer immediately.

Important advice:
  • Consume milk within 2 hours of its preparation. Discard unfinished nutrition.
  • Do not heat in the microwave, uneven heating can cause scalding.
  • Never add more scoops than indicated in the instructions or anything else.

Important notice:
Hami 3 is intended for the nutrition of children from 1 year of age as part of a mixed and balanced diet of the child, it is not a substitute for breast milk. Breastfeeding is the best thing for the baby. Avoid prolonged contact of milk formula with teeth - it increases the risk of tooth decay. Take care of your baby's teeth regularly, especially before bedtime. Ask your dentist for advice.
For the health of the child, it is important to follow the instructions for preparation and the listed recommendations. Hami 3 is not intended for infant nutrition under 1 year of age.
We support the WHO recommendation of full breastfeeding in the first 6 months of age and continuing until 2 years of age and beyond, along with the introduction of a safe and appropriate complementary diet.
