Coenzyme Q10, form of ubichinone, is a coenzyme that is ubiquitous in animals and most bacteria (hence the name ubichinone). In humans, coenzyme Q10 or ubichinone-10 is the most common form. During aging, the body produces less CoQ10, so supplementation with CoQ10 can be a good idea to increase endurance and physical performance.

Recommended dosage

Recommended daily dose up to 1.2 grams. Place the dose under the tongue for about two minutes. Measuring cup holds 0.3 g of coenzyme Q10.
