Hansen Spermidine 5% powder, 10g

Spermidine is a polyamine compound found in cells, specifically ribosomes. It has various metabolic functions in the body. It was originally isolated from sperm. They are a good source of spermidine ripened cheeses, mushrooms, legumes or corn. This substance is abundant in the Mediterranean diet. Spermidine can protect the heart by lowering blood pressure. 

Spermidine is currently the only supplement that is less than 97% pure. The reason is that dosing of pure spermidine would be very difficult and pure spermidine is extremely expensive. The only thing that is added to spermidine is pure cellulose, which is basically just fiber.

Recommended dosage

Recommended daily dose up to 0.1 g. The measuring cup holds 0.3 g of spermidine.
