Hansen TMG (Trimethylglycine) powder 50g
TMG stands for trimethylglycine. Trimethylglycine is an amino acid derivative that occurs in plants. Trimethylglycine was the first betaine discovered. It was originally simply called betaine because it was discovered in sugar beet in the 19th century. Betaine is found in many plants, such as broccoli or spinach and beet sugar molasses, as well as in seafood. Betaine is an important nutrient for the prevention of chronic diseases and helps maintain liver, heart and kidney health.
