Calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium are minerals that are optimal for the functioning of the human body. Their lack can cause a number of health complications and problems.

Calcium, magnesium and zinc are important for the proper development and growth of bones, hair, nails and skin, for optimal functioning of the heart and blood vessels, reproductive organs and the nervous and muscular systems.

Zinc deficiency can lead to loss of appetite and growth disorders in children, and may interfere with sexual maturation in adolescence. In adults it manifests hair loss, nail brittleness, skin problems, fatigue.

Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair condition, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Polluted environments, poor diet, and poor food composition lead to an increased need for these substances.

Each capsule contains : Calcium 265 mg, Magnesium 100 mg, Zinc 5 mg, Selenium 0.02 mg.

Dosage:

For adults 1 - 3 tablets per day.

For children from 3 years 1 tablet per day.
