Hyalo4 Skin Gel contains the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid as the main ingredient. It is intended for the local treatment of skin irritations and lesions, especially acute and chronic wounds, and for the creation of a moist environment for healing. It is intended for the treatment of abrasions, sampling areas and postoperative wounds, 1st and 2nd degree burns, leg and diabetic ulcers and bedsores.
The gel is colorless, which is advantageous for aesthetic reasons.
Hyaluronic acid is a biological semi-saccharide (glycosaminoglycan) contained in the extracellular matrix of most tissues. Thanks to its hydrophilic properties, it provides a hydrated space around and between them, facilitating cell migration.
The package contains 30 g.
Dosage and method of use
Clean and disinfect the wounds before applying the product. Apply a thin layer of gel to the surface of the wound 2-3 times a day for a maximum of 30 consecutive days. The treated area should be covered with sterile gauze and a sterile bandage.
Notice
Do not use in patients with known individual hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
Do not use simultaneously with disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts, as hyaluronic acid may precipitate in their presence. Current topical wound treatment with antibiotics or other topical agents has never caused interactions with Hyalo4 Skin gel.
