HYPROMELOSE-P eye drops 10 ml

Hypromellose P eye drops reliably remove the feeling of dryness, sand and discomfort in the eyes. They have a protective, epithelializing, disinfecting and moisturizing effect. It creates a temporary protective film on the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva, thus moistening the outer surface of the eye and serving as a substitute for insufficient tear production. The contained dexpanthenol helps to speed up the restoration and regeneration of cells on the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva.

Hypromellose P is used as a supportive treatment for reduced tear production and on the doctor's recommendation for dry eye syndrome (keratoconjunctivitis sicca), e.g. Sjögren's syndrome. Eye drops are suitable for children, adolescents, adults, pregnant and lactating women.

• they also relieve itching and unpleasant sensations (stinging, burning, feeling of sand in the eyes) accompanying simple eye irritations from wind, dust, smoking, polluted air, etc.
• relieve eye fatigue caused by long-term reading, driving, watching a television screen or a computer monitor

Usually 1-2 drops are applied 2-3 times a day into the conjunctival sac of the eye. If necessary, it is possible to apply 1-2 drops every hour.

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 5.0 mg in 1 ml of solution. Excipients: Dexpanthenol, Benzalkonii chloridum (benzalkonium chloride), Natrii chloridum (sodium chloride), Dinatrii edetas dihydricus (disodium edetane dihydrate), Aqua ad iniectabilia (water for injections).

Immediately after instilling the product, blurred vision may occur, which could make it difficult to drive motor vehicles and operate machinery. It is therefore recommended to carry out these activities no earlier than 20 minutes after applying the product. Soft contact lenses cannot be worn at the same time as using the product. Before instilling the product HYPROMELÓZA-P®, contact lenses must be removed from the eye and put back on no earlier than 30 minutes after using the product. If the problem does not subside within two days, consult a doctor about further use. Keep out of reach of children.
