Use

Bee pollen is ideal to dissolve in honey beforehand (to release nutrients) and then tastes with yoghurt, salads, muesli, etc. Because each grain is charged with active enzymes and nutrients, incorporate bee pollen into your diet slowly (first weeks max. 1 to 2 teaspoons a day). If you are especially pollen allergic, start with extreme caution (1/2 to 1 teaspoon a day).
