Use

Apply a small amount (pea size) of JACK N 'JILL natural toothpaste to the toothbrush. Clean your teeth with a gentle swirling motion.

The safety shield is included in the package. Attaching the safety shield: attach the shield to the brush before use. Insert the brush head through the central hole on the shield (it needs to be stretched). Place the shield just below the bristles.
