JAMIESON Lysine 1000 mg with zinc and vitamin C is a food supplement containing lysine, vitamin C and zinc in the form of tablets. Lysine is an important amino acid that is good to supply when you suffer from frequent cold sores. Vitamin C with zinc helps the normal function of the immune system.

Dosage:

Adults take 1-2 tablets daily with food.
