Dosage

Adults take 1 measuring cup of the mixture once a day dissolved in a glass (250 ml) of hot water.

Magnesium (diglycinate, citrate) 300 mg per dose.

Magnesium carbonate, magnesium diglycinate, citric acid (stabilizer), xylitol (sweetener), tartaric acid (stabilizer), natural citric, lime, stevia flavor; thaumatin (sweetener).
