JAMIESON  Omega-3 EXTRA 700 mg is a food supplement containing essential fatty acids derived from anchovies, sardines and mackerel. The beneficial effect is achieved with a supply of 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily.

How to take  JAMIESON Omega-3 EXTRA 700 mg:

Adults take 1-4 capsules a day.

Ingredients:

Molecularly distilled fish oil (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel) 1 165 mg, Omega-3 fatty acids 700 mg of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 420 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 280 mg per capsule. Fish oil, gelling agent (gelatin), emulsifier (glycerol), natural lemon flavor.
