Dosage

Start dosing 1 capsule per day. You can increase the dose by another capsule each week. The usual recommended dose for long-term use is 2 to 3 capsules a day. At the same rate, you can increase up to a maximum dose of 6 capsules a day. Take this dose for a maximum of 6 months and then reduce it again to 2 to 3 a day. It is not advisable to exceed the maximum dose of 6 capsules per day.  Adapt the dosage for children from 3 years to the child's age and health. 

Notice: The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. It is not intended for pregnant and lactating women or for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. It is possible that you will notice a change in stool color while taking higher doses of probiotics. This phenomenon is a natural consequence of bowel cleansing from settled toxins.

Composition

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, capsules in hypromellose.

Storage

Store at room temperature, in a dark and dry place. Storing in the refrigerator is not recommended.
