JAMI dessert is exceptional in its composition and thanks to its great taste it will please not only small athletes. In one dose you will find a high content of calcium , which contributes to the proper functioning of muscles, digestive enzymes and is essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth . The composition is enriched with  MCT fats , which are an immediate source of energy and are not stored in the form of fat. It also contains vitamin D3, which supports the functioning of the immune system and contributes to the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus. The composition also includes a vitamin mixture with a B-complex, which is important for the proper functioning of metabolism. JAMI dessert is suitable as a snack for children, but at the same time it is ideal after physical activity for nutrition and muscle regeneration. JAMI dessert is available in two flavors - strawberry and chocolate. Each flavor differs in its composition. There is up to 17.2 g of strawberries in one serving of strawberry dessert . The chocolate flavor is lactose-free and contains 22% of quality Dutch cocoa , which protects cells from free radicals , helps to balance the acidic pH in the mouth and thus protects teeth from tooth decay .

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE : 

• Children from 5 years: once a day one pack (50 g) of dessert
• Adults: 1 × - 3 × daily one pack (50 g) of dessert 

PREPARATION : 

Pour 200 ml of water (or 220 ml of milk or vegetable milk) into the shaker. Pour out the contents of the whole bag (50g of powder), close the shaker and shake it thoroughly for 2 minutes until the dessert remains thick. You can also quickly prepare the dessert with an immersion mixer. We consume the finished dessert with a spoon.
