Labeta crumbled gluten-free cake contains a mixture for the preparation of the corpus and a mixture for the production of the filling. Whether you have to follow a gluten-free diet or not, you'll love the crumbly cake melting on your tongue. In addition, for adults, you can add a little liquor to the filling.
The package contains 410 g.

Dosage and method of use

Mixture for preparation of the corpus: whisk margarine, eggs and milk with an electric mixer for 3 minutes on the highest level. Spread the dough evenly into a greased and gluten-free flour-free cake pan with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Smooth and bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes. After cooling, hollow out the corpus with a spoon to a depth of about 1 cm. Roughly crumble the hollowed-out part of the corpus. Cut the peeled bananas lengthwise and place them on the corpus.
Mixture for preparing the filling: add the filling mixture to the almost whipped cream and beat until solid. Pile the finished filling dome-shaped on the corpus and crumble the cake. We leave in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden.


TIP! Add 100 ml of egg, chocolate or nougat liqueur to the finished filling.

Composition

The cake contains sugar, corn flour, rice flour, modified cornstarch, corn starch, chocolate pieces 5% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin), potato starch, cocoa, raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), emulsifying preparation (glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated palm fat, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk protein ), flavouring, salt, stabiliser: diphosphates, thickener: xanthan gum.

Nutritional values (in dry mix) per 100 g: Energy value 1563 kJ/371 kcal, fat 2.5 g - of which saturated fatty acids 0.3 g, carbohydrates 84.2 g - of which sugars 36.3 g, fiber 0.7 g, protein 2.7 g and salt 1.4 g.
