The universal Labeta gluten-free blend is suitable for preparing a variety of dishes for celiacs, such as yeast dumplings, cakes, bread or cake and more.

Dosage and method of use
Yeast dumplings: Mix 275 g of the mixture, 1 egg, 7 g of dried yeast, 5 g of salt and 130 to 140 ml of water and make a dough and let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes. Prepare a dumpling from the dough, let it rise for 10 to 15 minutes and then cook in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes on one side, turn the dumpling over and cook again for 8 to 10 minutes from the other side.
Cakes: make sourdough from 7 g of dried yeast, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10 tablespoons of lukewarm milk. As soon as the sourdough starts to rise, add 275 g of the mixture, 2 eggs, 150 g of soft butter or margarine and knead the dough. Roll out the prepared dough into a sheet about 1 cm thick. Cut the dough sheet into squares of about 6 x 6 cm, fill the squares with poppy seeds, nuts, cottage cheese, jam or plum jam. Carefully connect the corners of the squares, brush with beaten egg and bake on a buttered baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Bread: pour 450 to 460 ml of lukewarm water into the home bread machine, add 550 g of the mixture, 10 g of dried or 30 g of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil and cumin. We choose a program with a duration of about 2 hours, eg. ? Basic?? Fast?? Sprint? or? Gluten-free?.
Cake: 275 g of mixture, 165 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 100 ml of oil, 200 ml of milk and 1 baking powder suitable for a gluten-free diet and whisk el. Whisk for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth dough. Bake at 160 to 170 °C, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Composition
The product contains potato starch, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, thickener: guar gum, flour improver: calcium phosphates, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, citric acid. It does not contain lactose or gluten.
