Gluten-free custard Labetais a mixture for the preparation of gluten-free mazanec. In addition to the mixture for lubrication, the package also contains instant yeast.

The package contains 490 g of the mixture and 10 g of dried yeast.

Dosage and method of use

Preparation instructions:
Add 350 ml of lukewarm water or milk, 2 egg yolks, 10 g of dried yeast, 80 g of butter and raisins to taste (about 30 g) to the contents of the bag. From a properly worked dough we shape a pancake and place it on a baking tray with baking paper. Let rise for 60-90 minutes. Cut the grease to a depth of 1 cm into the cross and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 175-180 °C for about 45-50 minutes.
Use for home bread machines:
Pour 350 ml of lukewarm water or milk into a baking dish, pour in the contents of the sachet and add 2 egg yolks, 10 g dried yeast, 80 g butter and raisins to taste (about 30 g). For baking in a home bread machine, we use the program Classic, light color. The preparation time of the pancake, including kneading and rising, takes 3.5 hours.

Composition

Sugar, rice flour, cornstarch, potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: diphosphates, antioxidant: fatty acid esters with ascorbic acid, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite, colorant: curcumin), cornflour, milk powder mixture (palm fat, whey powder, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder , stabiliser: triphosphates, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates), thickener: guar gum, dried yeast (baker's yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), salt, flour enhancer: calcium phosphates, flavoring.
