Libretto contains fish oil source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids DHA and EPA in combination with  magnesium , folic acid and vitamin E .

• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are essential fatty acids that our body cannot produce on its own and must eat in our diet. Their main source is fish. DHA  contributes to the maintenance of normal brain activity (a beneficial effect is achieved with the supply of 250 mg of DHA per day). 

• Magnesium contributes to the  normal functioning of the nervous system , has a positive effect on the electrolytic balance and helps to reduce the degree of fatigue and exhaustion . Together with  folic acid, it contributes to normal mental activity .

• Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress by scavenging free radicals.
