Pure liquid vitamin D without additives based on olive oil does not burden the stomach, it is absorbed by the mucous membrane of the oral cavity.

The vitamin solution is taken in a daily dose of 0.5 ml using a calibrated dropper (marked with a line), preferably in the morning under the tongue. The solution is rapidly absorbed and enters the bloodstream without unnecessary losses caused by passage through the digestive system and also without long-term loading of the body with additives that are necessary for the complementation of tablets or capsules.

0.5 ml of vitamin D contains the recommended daily dose of vitamin - 0.005 mg (0.005 mg = 5 =g = 200 IU).

For optimal effectiveness, we recommend using for 2-3 months.
