Magnesium with vitamin B6 contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion , to normal nervous system activity and to normal mental activity . In addition, magnesium contributes to  normal muscle activity and positively affects electrolytic balance . Magnesium is present in the organic form of magnesium citrate, which is well absorbed in the human body.

Dosage:
