Traditional medicinal elderberry tea is used to relieve the early symptoms of  colds associated with high temperature . Its use is based exclusively on long-term experience. The product is suitable for adults and adolescents from 12 years. Due to a lack of data, use in pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Dosage

Pour a ¼ l of boiling water over the infusion bag. Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container. Always make fresh tea immediately before use. Take one cup 3-5 times a day. The infusion can also be used as a gargle.
