Ingredients:
Quercus robur L. bark
Quercus petraea (MATT) LIEBL. Bark
Quercus pubescent WILDT bark

Preparation:
2 - 3 tablespoons of dried oak bark are poured over 0.5 l of boiling water, allowed to infuse for 25 min and then drained. The infusion is used several times a day in the form of rinses, tiles.
Boil 1 tablespoon of dried oak bark for 10 min in 1 l of water, leave to infuse for another 15 min at ordinary temperature and drain. The decoction is used several times a day for bathing and washing.
The infusion and decoction are always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
