MILUPA Basic CaD 400 g

Recommended intake: the amount and dilution of nutrition is determined by a doctor or a professional qualified in clinical nutrition, depending on the age, body weight and health of the patient.

Recommended nutritional concentration: 4 ml of water is required for each level scoop (3.30 g of powder) to achieve the recommended nutritional concentration (12.9% vol., i.e. 12.9 g of powder diluted with water to a total volume of 100 ml). Osmolality at this concentration is 310 mOsmol/kg H2O. Initially, a lower concentration may be required until tolerance is achieved.

Preparation:
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE HEALTH OF THE INFANT TO CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE. IMPROPER PREPARATION CAN ENDANGER YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH.

1. Wash your hands carefully and the place where you will prepare the nutrition. Sterilize bottles and teats.
2. Boil fresh water intended for infants for 5 minutes or until the kettle turns off. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes so that it feels warm when dripped onto the inside of your wrist. Pour 2/3 of the required amount into the sterilized bottle.
3. Fill the enclosed measuring cup with powder and align it with a clean, dry knife. Do not squeeze the powder in the measuring cup. Always use only the enclosed measuring cup.
4. Add the prescribed number of scoops to the water. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder dissolves. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Before serving, check the temperature of the nutrition by dropping a few drops on the inside of the wrist.

Serve immediately about preparation. If the nourishment is not used within one hour of preparation, discard the contents of the bottle. Nutrition must not be heated during administration.
