MUCONASIN nasal spray 30 ml

MUCONASIN is a medical device containing a 6% solution of N-acetylcysteine ​​and a 3% hypertonic solution of sodium chloride.

Muconasin nasal spray thins thick and sticky mucus thanks to the physical and mechanical action of its components:

• buffered hypertonic sodium chloride solution: hypertonic saline solutions administered directly to the mucous membrane of the airways transport water on the principle of osmosis. This increases the percentage of water in the mucus that protrudes from the epithelium, diluting it and thus facilitating its removal.
• N-acetylcysteine: acetylated post-steam amino acid of cysteine, has a mucolytic effect through direct contact with mucus. This effect occurs due to the presence of sulfhydryl groups in the molecule, which are able to break mucoprotein bonds, which give mucoproteins viscosity and cause their depolymerization. Does not contain preservatives.

MUCONASIN is indicated to facilitate and liquefy the mechanical removal of mucus or mucoadhesive secretion in the nasal cavity:

• acute, subacute and slowly healing rhinitis,
• chronic and mucocoagulant rhinitis, angioedema rhinitis

and inside the nasal cavities:

• acute and chronic sinusitis.

It alleviates the symptoms and course of acute, subacute and chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.

Intended for children from 2 years and adults.

METHOD OF USE:

The recommended dose is 2-3 aerosol sprays in each nostril two to three times a day for a maximum of 10 days, depending on the clinical symptoms being treated.

This course can be repeated several times a year, interrupting the use of the product for at least 1 week between cycles.

Consume within 2 months of first use.
